Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of spa and water care products, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
To start a return, please contact us at info@porkys.ca. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
